Your responsibilities include: - Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems. - Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical specifications. - Install electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and conduit systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment. - Perform electrical safety inspections and ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. - Install and upgrade EV chargers, smart home devices, surge protection, and electrical service panels. - Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair or upgrade recommendations. - Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. ## **What We're Looking For** - Current Journeyman or Residential Wireman Electrician experience. - Experience working with residential electrical systems. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (5+ years preferred). - Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. ## **The Earl's Difference** At Earl's, we believe great employees build great companies.
