Why You'll Love Working Here Earn $80,000-$110,000+ annually with performance incentives Six-figure earning potential Clean, fully stocked take-home truck Fully stocked warehouse and dedicated parts runners Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Ongoing paid training and career development Year-round work with a company that's been serving Pittsburgh for over 60 years Supportive leadership and a team that has your back What You'll Do Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with repair and replacement options Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations Repair or replace water lines, drain lines, sewer lines, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and water heaters Locate and repair leaks and other plumbing system issues Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and DWV systems Read blueprints and plan plumbing layouts when needed Complete high-quality work while maintaining a clean and safe job site Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Build trust with customers by educating them on repair and replacement options What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of residential service plumbing experience Journeyman Plumbing License preferred ServiceTitan experience is a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, water lines, and sewer repairs Ability to present repair options and build value with homeowners Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas Why Sullivan?
