We are looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst to join our Data Migration Workstream, supporting a strategic data migration initiative from legacy systems to the Manhattan WMS platform. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at connecting business and technology, ensuring accurate data mapping, high data quality, and successful migration delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements. Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Collaborate with developers during development, unit testing, and functional testing phases. Validate migrated data, investigate inconsistencies, and support data quality and cleanup activities. Facilitate discussions related to data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases. Create and analyze reports and dashboards to support migration tracking and business visibility. Contribute to governance and quality assurance activities throughout the migration process. Required Qualifications Advanced / Fluent English (C1 or higher). Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects. Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts. Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Nice to Have Experience with Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM / SCALE or other Supply Chain and Warehouse Management platforms. Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation. Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or other Business Analysis / Agile certifications.
