JFK T1 -SAFETY/TRAINING - JFK182 - Trainer

Responsibilities: • Develop a schedule to assess training needs. • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership. • Track and compile collected data. • Conceptualize training materials based on data. • Communicate training needs and resources. • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials. • Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology. • Test and review created materials. • Maintain a database of all training materials. • Instruct employee training and onboarding. • Conduct training through new materials. • Review employee performance and learning. • Identify and utilize best training methods and materials to include computer-based training and instructor-led training. • Serve as training material custodian. Revises material based on trends and lessons learned to maintain operational safety, procedural and regulatory requirements. • Works with station management to provide support in meeting corporate training improvements and standards. • Performs related duties as assigned. • Can meet the Station’s attendance standards Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
