**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 15-20 LPA)** Experience: 6+ yrs Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced **Java Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **ReactJS** and **JavaScript** to design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern web applications across the full technology stack, including backend services, responsive front-end interfaces, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and cross-functional development teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications that support business-critical operations. You will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies, modern engineering practices, and continuous integration to build reliable and scalable solutions. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS. - Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using **ReactJS**, **JavaScript**, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA. - Design and implement scalable microservices architecture to support enterprise applications. - Integrate applications with cloud services, messaging platforms, and third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange. - Optimize database performance through efficient schema design, query tuning, and data management practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure software quality through best engineering practices. - Support CI/CD pipelines, automation initiatives, and deployment activities to improve software delivery. - Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective performance improvements. - Contribute to technical documentation, solution design discussions, and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance application performance and maintainability. ### What Makes You a Great Fit - 6+ years of experience in full-stack application development using Java and modern web technologies. - Strong hands-on expertise in **ReactJS** and **JavaScript**, with experience building responsive and interactive user interfaces. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development. - Experience designing and implementing **Microservices** architecture for scalable enterprise applications. - Good understanding of cloud platforms and distributed application development. - Familiarity with **Spring Boot**, cloud-native development, and containerized application deployment is highly desirable. - Experience working with relational databases, SQL optimization, and backend data management. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern DevOps practices. - Exposure to AWS, cloud services, or enterprise integration technologies is an added advantage. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software, embracing continuous learning, and contributing to innovative digital transformation initiatives.
