Janitorial Technician

Dayspring Restoration/Kleen King is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Technician to join our Helena, MT team! If you’re looking for a place where your contributions are valued, your career is supported, and your work makes a difference, we would love to have you on our team. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** - Sweep, dust, polish, vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces, and restrooms. - Clean bathrooms - Restock restrooms items. - Empty all trash containers throughout the building. - Clean entryway windows & doors. - Ensure buildings are secure upon completion of services. - Follow and complete checklist for various accounts. **Qualification Preferences:** - Customer Serviceability to manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs. - Teamwork - ability to build and contribute to positive team spirit, able to be open and objective to others’ views. - Ethics – work with integrity and ethically, treat customers and co-workers with respect, uphold company values. - Work Performance – ability to perform top-notch quality work on a daily basis, work in a timely manner, and always look for improvement. - Safety – follow company safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, use product and equipment properly. - Attendance – ability to be consistently at work and on time. **Certificates, Licenses Registration:** - Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check - Must be able to pass a background check **Physical Demands:** - Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel & crouch on a regular basis. Occasionally, will be required to climb (ladders/window washing), regularly lift and move 10 to 50 pounds (trash/equipment). #### **Hours: Sun-Thurs 4:30pm to 11:30** #### **Salary: $18** **Hiring is based on completed and approved state and federal background check.**
