We continue to grow by investing in our people and promoting from within. What You'll Do Lead and support an evening cleaning team. Train, coach, and develop team members. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction. Deliver supplies to job sites as needed. Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to staff. Work closely with the Area Manager to keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience preferred. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Strong communication and leadership skills. Detail-oriented and dependable. Ability to work independently and lead by example.
