Hauls off cardboard and take to recycle dumpsters as needed. - Monthly inspection of fire extinguishers, exit lights and other safety related items. - Maintenance of eye-wash stations (twice per year). - Weekly maintenance of carwash, including cleaning, and required maintenance. - Inspect return vents and air conditioning diffusers. - Unclog drains, water closets and urinals. - Replace batteries for motion sensor faucets, etc. - Pressure wash sidewalks and buildings as needed. - Replace ceiling tiles as needed. - Relocate office furniture. **Are you ready to work in a rewarding, high-energy environment, and state-of-the-art facility?
