We’re looking for dependable team members who take pride in hard work and want opportunities to grow. **POSITION SUMMARY** The IT & Systems Manager leads the technology function across the Denver Cold Family of Companies. Reporting directly to the CFO, the IT & Systems Manager will oversee day-to-day IT support, administer key business systems, coordinate technology vendors, lead software and systems projects, and identify practical ways to improve efficiency through technology. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage day-to-day IT support directly and through the managed IT provider when appropriate. - Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company technology equipment. - Support employee technology onboarding and offboarding. - Maintain technology documentation, equipment records, software licensing information, and IT standards. - Travel between company facilities as needed. - Support and administer company software platforms across warehousing, transportation, accounting, HR, and other business functions. - Lead technology and systems projects from planning through implementation. - Serve as the primary internal point of contact for technology vendors and software providers. # **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** - 3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, Systems Administration, Business Systems, Technology Operations, or a related role. - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. - Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments preferred. - Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, general business technology, and end users. - Strong troubleshooting, project management, organization, prioritization, communication, and customer service skills. - Familiarity with APIs, EDI, SQL, scripting, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar integration and automation technologies preferred.
