The IT Specialist (Consultant) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the IT Project Manager. This position is remote. **This position is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.** **Role Summary** The IT Specialist (Consultant) supports execution activities for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, focusing on integration support, testing, and technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Support system integration and interface activities for Oracle Cloud HCM - Assist in execution of data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes - Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including documenting defects - Maintain technical documentation, system artifacts, and configuration records - Track issues, risks, and dependencies across technical workstreams - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, OCM, PMO) to support system deployment **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree - 2–3 years of experience in IT, systems support, or technical analysis - Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to cloud-based systems or Oracle Cloud HCM - Experience with testing support, data validation, or system documentation - Oracle Cloud Foundations Associate (preferred) PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
