Those without a Poly will not be considered.\*\*** **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites, service now, saves and custom applications - Demonstrated experience providing application support identifying and validating requirements for Salesforce - Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions - Demonstrated experience with Jira - Demonstrated experience with Confluence **Work Requirements:** - Capture, document, track, report and archive products and services requested from partner to the client - Work in close partnership with project managers, software teams, architects, security in interpreting and vetting product and service requests to the client - Establish and maintain close relationships with partners to understand and anticipate requirements and business opportunities for the client - Support the day-to-day activities of the client - Provide support to the client in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and procedures - Develop and maintain documentation that captures the client's business processes supporting the client's software build and support services - Support data calls as requested by the client - Assess partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps, and develop responsive project plans approved by the client
