For more information, please visit: sertiscorp.com About the job This role is suitable for candidates with a 5 years of IT project management experience who enjoy coordinating cross-functional and technical teams, managing project timelines, and supporting successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will get to: Support and manage end-to-end IT project delivery across software development, system implementation, and digital platform projects Coordinate project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks to ensure projects are delivered successfully Work with business users, internal teams, vendors, and external partners to align project requirements and priorities Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and prepare regular project status updates Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure effective communication across project teams Identify project risks and issues , and support the implementation of mitigation plans Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project plans Support vendor-related activities such as coordinating requirements, reviewing proposals, and managing delivery timelines Help drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration You’ll be successful if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, hands on experiences with application, software, superapp project is a strong plus At least 5 years of experience in IT project managemen t, project coordination, or technology delivery Experience supporting software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working with both technical and business teams Good English communication skills, both written and spoken APPLY NOW!
