And we’re looking for an IT Project Manager to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules. Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track. Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders. Update and maintain project information in ClickUp. Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity. Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions. Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.
