IT Program Manager

**BT-350 – IT Program Manager** Skill Level- SME Herndon, VA (fully on-site, no remote option) **\*\*Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.\*\*** **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated experience managing and delivering Agile consulting engagements - Demonstrated experience managing projects, tracking schedules and milestones - Demonstrated experience developing scope, schedules, and cost estimates - Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions - Demonstrated experience with Jira - Demonstrated experience with Confluence **Work Requirements:** - Provide client management monthly metrics on project compliance and trends within the Sponsor's approved Agile best practices - Identify opportunities to expand optimization services to Partners and the IC - Project Management - The Team shall provide a single point of contact to the client and/or the Partner for project execution. - Assess Partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps and develop proactive strategies - Establish and maintain relationships with Partners for the life of the project or services - Ensure follow-up with Partners on potential requirements for new or additional services or support - Manage projects, track schedules and milestones as defined by the client. Ensure the delivery of projects are on-time, on-budget, and within scope. Notify the Sponsor immediately if projects are at risk of not being delivered on-time, on-budget or within scope. Brief project status as required - With client oversight, develop scope, schedule, and perform cost estimates against new and existing projects - Create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for new and existing projects for client's approval - With client oversight, create and maintain Customer Service Agreements (CSA) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Provide the client with routine written progress reports of the project in accordance to a predefined cadence - Create, update and maintain project and service support documentation in the client's document repository for the lifespan of the product - Resolve potential risks/issues - Provide risk assessment, impacts and forecast to assigned projects - Provide status of assigned projects and programs weekly or as defined by the client - At the request of the client, develop milestones and detailed schedule for complex stories - With CAM Team, provide QA reviews for CSAs and SLAs, ensuring timeliness and quality of the client's agreements for project and services
