Content Business Analyst (Jira/Confluence) – Full Remote Portugal or Spain \*\*ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY\*\* A focused, high-ownership contract role inside a fast-moving, globally regulated digital platform. You'll be the person who ensures that millions of end users — across Web, Android, and iOS — experience a platform that speaks their language accurately, compliantly, and consistently. This isn't a translation coordination role dressed up as strategy: you'll own the full localization lifecycle, from content governance and release coordination to app store management and stakeholder alignment across multiple regions and time zones. If you're detail-obsessed, operationally sharp, and comfortable navigating compliance-sensitive content in a regulated environment, this is a contract with real substance. \*\*PROJECT & CONTEXT\*\* You'll embed within a cross-functional team spanning Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders, owning the localisation of client-facing content across a global trading platform. The scope covers UI text, legal disclosures, Terms of Business, in-platform communications, and app store storefronts — across multiple languages and release environments. Content accuracy, regulatory alignment, and release governance are the three pillars of the role. Start date: \*\*3 August 2026\*\*. End date: \*\*28 February 2027\*\*. \*\*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\*\* \*\*Experience & Ownership\*\* - Proven background in \*\*localisation, content operations, product operations, release management, or technology delivery\*\* - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision — you identify blockers, seek clarity, and drive tasks to completion - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with experience managing \*\*multiple concurrent workstreams\*\* under deadline pressure - Experience coordinating \*\*reviews and approvals\*\* across distributed, cross-functional stakeholder groups in remote/multi-timezone settings \*\*Content & Localisation Management\*\* - Exceptional attention to detail when managing \*\*large volumes of structured content\*\* — translation keys, configuration data, or similar operational datasets - Ability to apply and maintain \*\*approved business, legal, compliance, and regulatory terminology\*\* consistently across client-facing content - Experience managing \*\*platform text, translation workflows, and supporting content records\*\* through release cycles \*\*Tools & Workflow\*\* - Hands-on proficiency with \*\*Jira and Confluence\*\* for task and documentation management - Familiarity with collaboration tools: \*\*Microsoft Teams, SharePoint\*\*, or equivalent - Basic understanding of \*\*software development lifecycles\*\* and release processes across dev, test, and production environments \*\*Communication & Stakeholder Management\*\* - \*\*Fluent written and spoken English\*\* — essential - Excellent written communication skills for producing documentation, process guidance, and change descriptions - Strong stakeholder management capability across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations \*\*NICE TO HAVE\*\* - Experience supporting \*\*software releases, production deployments, change management, or audit activities\*\* - Background in a \*\*regulated industry\*\*: financial services, fintech, trading platforms, healthcare, or similar - Knowledge of \*\*retail trading products\*\*: CFDs, spread betting, equities, options, or financial markets - Working proficiency in one or more additional languages: \*\*French, German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, Chinese, or Portuguese\*\* - Experience with \*\*app store management\*\* — Apple App Store and/or Google Play storefront content and metadata
