In this strategic role, you will help prepare OFM's people, business processes, and technology for the Workday transition while supporting ongoing enterprise operations and continuous improvement. In addition, you will lead business analysis activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), partnering with business and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications. As OFM's business analysis subject matter expert, you will provide strategic guidance, apply Agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that strengthen business operations across the agency. **What you’ll work on** - Lead OFM's Agency Support Team (AST) Activities - Act as the lead agency AST representative for OFM enterprise applications within the One Washington initiative, designated as the main point of contact for all OneWA project-related communications and activities. - Coordinate and complete readiness activities (people, process, and technology) in conjunction with the One Washington program team and agency leadership so that OFM is ready and prepared for One Washington. - Proactively maintain transparency and vigilance over emerging risks and outline decisions that need to be made by creating business cases and making recommendations to upper-level management and stakeholders about how to best solve their business need/issue/opportunity, including options, risks, and impact on the systems. - Provide lead project support and business analysis, ensuring OFM's technical readiness for Workday go-live, which includes agency legacy systems remediation, and integrations with legacy systems are developed and tested. - Provide Business Analysis, project support, and maintenance for complex Enterprise applications used by agencies statewide for budgeting, accounting, and human resources. - Perform the role of lead customer liaison for OFM's Enterprise application. - Provide and participate in Continuous Process Improvement for the program, ITS division, and other agency-level process improvement efforts. **What we need you to bringRequired Qualifications:** Proven leadership and expert ability to perform as a principal agency representative as the main point of contact for all project-related communications and activities. - Excellent relationship-building skills across executives, technical staff, and end users. - Experience managing stakeholder expectations, developing communications strategies, and providing organizational change support. - Strong skills in performing as a liaison between business and technical staff; providing critical analysis of complex systems and business processes, functions, inputs and outputs, data analysis, technical environments, and visually documen…
