IT Audit Manager | Hybrid Setup

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT audit engagements across diverse business functions. You will evaluate IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application controls to ensure effective risk management, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will also design and implement innovative audit approaches, leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks, and provide actionable insights that strengthen technology processes and support strategic decision-making. Beyond technical expertise, you will mentor and develop audit professionals, promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and organizational resilience. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. - A CPA and/or CISA certification is required; additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIA are an advantage. - 6+ years of audit experience, with at least 4 years focused on IT Audit. - 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. - Understanding of IT risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST). - Experience in SOX audits and familiarity with IT general controls and application controls. - Knowledgeable in auditing IT systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure. - Excellent analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; updating/tailoring CV is highly recommended***
