IT Analyst I- Enterprise Platforms

**Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement. - Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies. - Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations. - Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance. - Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities. - Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. - Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Qualifications** - Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technologies. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders. - Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms. - Experience managing software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships. - Experience with AI, automation, chatbots, or knowledge management solutions. - Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise environment. - Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. **What Success Looks Like** - Enterprise platforms are stable, secure, and well maintained. - Users receive timely and effective support with a strong focus on customer experience. - Vendor relationships, software licensing, contracts, and renewals are effectively coordinated. - Documentation and platform configurations remain current and accurate. - AI-powered solutions continue to improve employee self-service and support efficiency. - Opportunities for automation and platform improvements are identified and implemented. **We value our employees by providing:** - Competitive compensation based on skills - Industry leading health, dental, and vision plans - Generous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing - On-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths - Education assistance and internal training programs - Electric vehicle charging - Maternity & paternity leave - Interested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
