As an ISC Project Manager Principal here at Honeywell, you will serve as a critical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in planning data management, focusing on establishing master-data governance. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data conversion related to Bill of Materials (BOMs), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing for the S/4 system. You will report directly to our Planning Director, Bryan Butts and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC / Rosemont, IL / Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations by ensuring data excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives. ### Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities: Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning -** - Establish and maintain master-data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and best practices. - Oversee the conversion process for BOMs, MRP parameters, lead times, safety stock, and sourcing to ensure seamless integration into the S/4 and APS systems. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions. - Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on data management practices and tools. - Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and standards. ### Qualifications **YOU MUST HAVE** - 8+ years of experience in supply chain management. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes. - Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. **WE VALUE** - Experience with S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems. - Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar APS systems - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. - Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.
