DNV Business Assurance is seeking an Invoicing Team Manager for our team supporting U.S. and Canada. The role of the **Invoicing Team Manager** in Business Assurance is part of a dynamic and dedicated team which is responsible for performing financial and administrative activities towards our clients and team members. The role gives the opportunity to become a valued contributor to the functioning of the team, ensuring high performance and motivation level of the team members. This position will be located in Houston, TX. The person in the role is expected to have people management experience, a system and process knowledge, handle cash flow reports and initiate/support process standardization and improvement initiatives. The role involves managing a sizeable team spanning several countries in some cases, talent management, recruitment and effective stakeholder management. A person in this role would work closely with the Business Controller, Sales, Planning and other teams to ensure the required performance level for the invoicing department. The below responsibilities for the role are indicative and may evolve in time. The topics and scope will be discussed on an ongoing basis.
