We're looking for highly organized professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and want to build a long-term career supporting investor relations and capital raising operations. **The Role** We're hiring an **Investor Relations Coordinator** to support one or more U.S.-based clients as part of our InvestorOps team. In this role, you'll serve as the operational hub between prospective investors, Investor Relations Associates, and client teams. You'll coordinate investor meetings, manage calendars, ensure timely follow-up, and help keep fundraising activities running smoothly. This is a highly organized, client-facing role focused on investor experience and operational excellence. While you'll communicate directly with prospective investors, your responsibilities are limited to coordination and administrative support—you will not solicit investments, provide investment advice, or participate in investment transactions. You'll receive ongoing training and support from our InvestorOps leadership team while working alongside experienced professionals in private capital markets. **What You’ll Do** - Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective investors and Investor Relations Associates. - Manage multiple calendars across clients, internal teams, and investors while resolving scheduling conflicts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting logistics and investor scheduling. - Communicate professionally with prospective investors through email and phone to confirm appointments and provide meeting details. - Monitor investor pipelines to ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and follow-up actions are completed. - Maintain accurate investor records, meeting notes, and activity within our proprietary investor management platform. - Coordinate rescheduling requests, cancellations, and calendar updates while minimizing delays in the fundraising process. - Collaborate closely with Investor Relations Associates and client teams to optimize meeting flow and investor engagement. - Prepare reports on scheduling activity, meeting completion, and pipeline progress. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency. - Support additional investor relations operational tasks as assigned. **What We’re Looking For** **Must-Haves** - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Professional and customer-focused communication style. - Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, or client communications. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. - Highly responsive with excellent follow-through. - Comfortable working with executives, investors, and business professionals. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - High level of accountability and ownership. **Bonus Points For** - Experience supporting investor relations, fundraising, financial services, private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, or we…
