As part of the SWIM team, you will own investment operations workflows across order management systems, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and third-party investment platforms. Your responsibilities will include account and custodian setup, SMA onboarding, trading-permission reviews, trade-error processing, alternative-investment operations, reconciliations, audits, and platform maintenance. This is not a traditional back-office role—you will use AI-powered internal tools daily and help improve and expand them. You will collaborate closely with Trading, Client Service, Billing, Compliance, Operations, external SMA managers, and custodians to ensure accounts and investment vehicles are configured correctly, operational issues are resolved promptly, and investment processes remain accurate, controlled, and scalable. Responsibilities: - Perform daily reviews of account restrictions, trading permissions, custodian data feeds, and other issues that may prevent accurate and timely trade execution. - Own trade-error processing, including investigation, documentation, custodian coordination, corrective action, and resolution tracking - Serve as the primary point of contact for enabling options trading and margin within custodian accounts used for SWIM strategies, coordinating approvals, required documentation, and follow-up through completion. - Coordinate custodian setup and operational onboarding for separately managed accounts (SMAs) and specialized strategies, including Nuveen, long/short direct indexing, and other third-party solutions. - Coordinate the end-to-end operational implementation of alternative investments, including subscriptions, redemptions, custodian setup, funding requirements, capital calls, and issue resolution. - Conduct scheduled audits of billing, trade execution, SWIM enrollment, model mapping, and account configuration; document findings and coordinate remediation. - Build and main…
