This position is responsible for creating and supporting analytics used to assess a broad range of investment strategies, including equity, fixed income, and alternative investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with complex investment data, and a passion for delivering high-quality and reliable data sets. They should also have experience addressing end-user inquiries and collaborating effectively with business, operations, and technology stakeholders. Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL- as well as familiarity with data visualization tools - is highly valued in this role. **What You’ll Do:** As a member of the PDS Analytics team, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of investment data sourced from various internal and external systems, delivering it in a timely manner for downstream consumption. You will play a key role in building repeatable and scalable processes, and once established, work collaboratively with other team members to automate these workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy through meticulous reconciliation processes and driving efficiency by automating end-to-end data workflows. - Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity within portfolio analytics systems - Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of data across systems - Support the reporting needs of internal clients, including sales, marketing, risk oversight and investment teams, by delivering relevant and reliable data - Assist in the daily reporting process, ensuring consistency, completeness, and timely delivery of recurring portfolio reports - Automate end-to-end data processes to improve efficiency **What You’ll Bring:** Solid understanding of a wide range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
