This position is the backbone of how product moves through our store. The right individual will have a high-energy, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself. You will be expected to work 40-45 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain inventory accuracy while picking, shipping, receiving and reporting. - Maintain merchandise planograms for the sales floor. - Partner daily with customer service, shipping, and repair teams to keep store operations flowing. - Spot problems before they become problems, attention to detail and stores daily needs. - Jump in wherever needed to hit deadlines and goals. **Required Qualifications:** - 2-3 years in a golf retail, inventory, or warehouse operation. - Comfortable with inventory systems and reporting functions. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to lift/move merchandise (up to 40-50 lbs) and stay on your feet for most of a shift. - A team-first mindset.
