Exercises independent judgment and discretion in work performed. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Write short new and pre-owned vehicle descriptions for our websites - Upload digital vehicle photos to our online inventory tool - Utilize daily data feeds to analyze and track trending successful vehicle photos and descriptions in order to improve response rates - Maintain photography and vehicle sticker supplies - Engage with sales team in order to provide maximum results from our online presence **What we need from you:** - High school diploma or equivalent required - Writing skills: Ability to write vehicle descriptions in a professional manner and utilize accurate AP style - Computer skills: Able to learn quickly and use uploader tool for website merchandising, manufacturer websites, proficient in MS Office, and basic photo/video editing knowledge - Time Management: Able to consistently meet daily deadlines for vehicle descriptions and photo/video uploads - General Business: efficient in scheduling/prioritizing tasks and communicating updates as necessary, able to multitask multiple projects
