Administer, maintain and reconcile all FMF Procurement cards. - Prepare all ordinances, ordinance request forms, fiscal review forms, and document modifications. - Coordinate inventory storeroom operations to enhance available purchase discounts and to provide purchase cost justification. - Maintain essential records, reports and files for the Vehicle Maintenance Facility. **The City of Springfield is seeking tofill two (2) positions:** Position #1 Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday Position #2 Night Shift: 8:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m., Monday through Thursday **Required Qualifications:**The ideal candidate will possess knowledge, skills, and mental development equivalent to the completion of two years of college with an emphasis in computers or office management, two years of experience in a similar role or environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
