Inventory Analyst & Auditor

In this role, you'll help maintain accurate inventory records, analyze costs, support month-end close activities, and partner with operations to ensure inventory accuracy across the business. **Why RelaDyne?** - Competitive pay - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA, and 401(k) with company match - Generous PTO and paid holidays - Wellness incentives - Career growth opportunities - Collaborative team environment where your contributions make an impact **What You'll Do** - Coordinate and oversee physical inventory cycle counts. - Investigate inventory variances and resolve discrepancies. - Update and reconcile internal costs for repackaged products. - Review standard and actual costs for accuracy. - Validate cost of goods sold (COGS) during the month-end close process. - Partner with the lubricant management team to identify and dispose of obsolete inventory. - Maintain accurate records related to physical inventories. - Analyze inventory and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. - Prepare inventory reports, variance analyses, and breakeven reporting. - Assist branch locations with inventory balancing and reconciliation. - Support annual audits and provide documentation as needed. - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Advanced mathematical aptitude. - Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Internal audit experience preferred **At RelaDyne, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
