**Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)** is adding an **Interventional Radiologist** to the group at **NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx**. Dedicated to providing the highest quality health care services to all New Yorkers with compassion, dignity and respect, and regardless of immigration status or ability to pay. **Opportunity Details:** - Perform a wide range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans. - Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-ups to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Operate and manage advanced imaging equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. - Participate in emergency interventional procedures, as needed. - Provide expert consultation on complex cases. - Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and case discussions. - Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. - Supervise and train Residents and Fellows, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment. - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology. - Completion of an Interventional Radiology Fellowship. - Active New York State Medical License. **Wages and Benefits include:** Annual Base Salary: $520,250\* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. **The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $726,250\*\* (board certified)**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: - Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $130,000. - Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. - 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): - Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. - After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
