## Description YMCA Internship Program The YMCA Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with structured, hands-on learning experiences that support both academic goals and professional development. Interns are placed within YMCA departments to gain practical exposure to nonprofit operations, community engagement, and mission-driven service.
