If this resonates with you, then come make a difference at Forge. **Requirement:**Int'l Special Operations Forces Integration & Assessment SME **Job Description:** The International Special Operations Forces Integration and Assessment SMEs are responsible for a range of activities in support of the Engagement Branch. Specific responsibilities include drafting and maintaining supporting country plans; supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of international engagement events; and supporting the management and maintenance of all Memoranda of Agreement/Memoranda of Understanding (MOA/MOU) for J3-I personal exchanges. These activities ensure the Division maintains fidelity of its efforts and investment of resources; the efforts remain integrated with the broader USSOCOM Enterprise and are annually assessed and evaluated for Return on Investment (ROI). **Key Responsibilities**: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to): - Assist in drafting, staffing, and coordinating plans, roadmaps, MOA/MOUs in accordance with USSOCOM partnership plan and Commander's guidance. - Process, coordinate, and track to completion all staffing actions regarding international negotiations between USSOCOM and partner nations for Foreign Liaison Officer/ Exchange Officer (FLO/EXO) presence; prepare engagement plans to ensure /FLO/EXO talking points are included in Key Leader Engagements (KLEs). - Draft and maintain country plans for J3- partner nations that outline USSOCOM and respective partner nations Operations, Activities and Investments (OA&Is). - Conduct liaison with TSOCs and relevant Headquarters Directorates to ensure country plans are aligne…
