Internal Communications Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our growing team in a newly created, high-impact role that will own and shape the internal communications function at Titan Wealth from the ground up. Working closely with senior leadership, including ExCo, you will develop and deliver a best-in-class internal communications strategy that keeps our people informed, engaged and aligned, particularly through periods of growth and change. This role requires a confident communications professional with at least 5+ years’ experience who has delivered strategic internal communications programmes end-to-end, partnered effectively with senior stakeholders, and brings a strong understanding of channels, messaging and engagement best practice. You will be a natural storyteller, passionate about bringing the “One Titan” narrative to life across a diverse and geographically distributed workforce. A marketing qualification is not essential, but relevant hands-on experience is critical; whilst financial services experience is not required, a background in a regulated environment would be advantageous. We are open to candidates based outside London, however there is an expectation to be regularly present in the London office given the senior stakeholder exposure.
