If you love words, enjoy solving problems from a customer's perspective, and are passionate about creating clear, human-centered content, this internship is for you. What You'll Do ; Write clear, concise, and engaging copy across digital customer experiences. Create content for websites, apps, emails, SMS, chatbots, and other digital touchpoints. Support the development of customer journeys by ensuring content is helpful, consistent, and easy to understand. Collaborate with UX Designers, CX Strategists, Researchers, Developers, and Creative teams. Assist with content audits and content mapping exercises. Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice and accessibility best practices. Contribute ideas during brainstorming and design thinking workshops. Learn how content influences customer behavior and overall user experience. What You'll Need; A qualification (or currently studying) in: English/ Journalism/ Communications/ Marketing/ Copywriting Or a related field) . Excellent written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and grammar. A passion for storytelling and creating customer-first experiences. Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. Ability to receive and apply feedback.
