What you’ll do: Help us identify, build, and scale practical AI solutions that improve how teams across AutoScout24 work Take ownership of a dedicated project to make the AI Accelerators team’s own ways of working more AI-native Identify and automate recurring workflows such as management reporting, presentation creation, workshop preparation, and the documentation of decisions and next steps Build and test AI-powered workflows and prototypes, measure their quality and time savings, and improve them based on user feedback Support selected business use cases from initial discovery and scoping through prototyping, testing, and rollout Work closely with our developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand real problems and translate them into practical solutions Turn successful approaches into reusable templates, tools, and guidance that can help other teams adopt more AI-native ways of working What you’ll bring: You are currently studying in a business, technology, or innovation-related field - what matters most to us is your ability to understand business problems and apply AI in a practical way You are highly curious about Generative AI and actively experiment with AI tools to improve how work gets done You enjoy understanding business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning them into practical solutions You are comfortable creating working prototypes using AI tools, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or basic coding - you do not need to be a software developer You combine analytical and structured thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach You work independently, take ownership, and are comfortable developing an idea through testing and iteration You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and are fluent in English A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
