Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas. Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes. **How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.** **Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:** **Key Responsibilities** ### 1. Daily Accounts Payable Operations & Database Maintenance - **Database Accuracy:** Review and maintain the CTO cost database regularly to ensure all data is accurate and up to date. - **Cost Tracking:** Support the team in updating and tracking additional cargo handling costs. ### 2. Data Management & Reporting - **Process Standardization:** Standardize the folder structure, renaming conventions, and content within the shared Accounts Payable folder for all AOCs to ensure it is user-friendly for external parties and auditors. ### 3. Invoice Verification & Compliance - **Auditing:** Assist in verifying invoices related to cargo ground handling costs. - **Compliance:** Ensure all processed invoices match contractual agreements and internal financial policies. - **Ad-Hoc Projects:** Support the AP team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. **These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:** - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Willingness to learn and take initiative - Basic understanding of accounts payable and financial processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines At Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
