About the Role As an Intercompany Accountant , you’ll own end-to-end intercompany accounting processes for entities across the APAC and EMEA regions. Working within the Record to Report team and using NetSuite OneWorld, you’ll ensure intercompany transactions are accurate, reconciled, balanced, compliant, and completed within month-end deadlines while minimizing FX exposure and financial risk. Responsibilities Prepare and post both sides of intercompany journal entries with appropriate business justification, supporting documentation, and workflow approvals Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches to prevent aged balances from rolling into subsequent periods Collaborate with Intercompany and Record to Report teams globally to ensure intercompany positions reconcile and net to zero Use NetSuite OneWorld to perform matrix matching, netting, multi-currency processing, and automated eliminations Coordinate and execute monthly intercompany cash netting and settlement cycles to optimize liquidity and reduce cross-border transaction fees Monitor and review FX impacts on multi-currency intercompany loans and trade balances, ensuring accurate month-end revaluation Manage cross-border and intercompany disputes, mediating between entities and maintaining a clear resolution workflow Own intercompany receivable, payable, loan, and automated elimination balance sheet accounts Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, specifications, and audit-ready supporting documentation Review cross-border transactions for compliance with Group transfer pricing policies and audit standards Partner with regional Controllership, Group Treasury, Tax, and global accounting teams to align settlements, reporting, and transfer pricing Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding intercompany balances and elimination integrity Identify process bottlenecks and recommend system, automation, or policy improvements Ensure intercompany journals and reconciliations are completed accurately and within agreed service-level and month-end deadlines Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of corporate accounting experience focused on intercompany processing within a multi-entity global environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Full or partial professional accounting qualification, such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, is highly preferred Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld is highly preferred, including Intercompany Management, automated eliminations, and multi-currency functionality Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, with the ability to manipulate and validate large datasets Strong knowledge of multi-currency accounting, FX revaluations, Cumulative Translation Adjustments, and balance sheet reconciliations Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts, cross-border transactions, financial controls, and audit requirements Sou…
