Intellectual Property Specialist

**What you will do-** The Intellectual Property (IP) Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and paralegal support to the IP Team across the company's global patent, trademark, trade-secret, and copyright portfolios. The role is the operational backbone of the IP function — responsible for accurate docketing, deadline management, filings and recordals, invoice and vendor coordination, and reporting — enabling the IP Team to focus on substantive legal and technical work. **How you will do it-** The IP Coordinator serves as a first point of contact for routine IP inquiries and outside-counsel correspondence, ensures that the IP portfolio management platform is well-maintained and continuously improved, and drives automation of repetitive workflows in line with the company's broader legal-technology and AI strategy. The role reports directly to the Deputy General Counsel – Customer, Technology & IP.
