ABOUT THE ROLE: - Support clients throughout the integration process and post-launch. - Develop learning materials and tools to enhance the client experience when integrating with the API. - Contribute to the rapidly expanding domain of Integration Success engineering. - Personalize the experience for software engineers. - Provide clients with timely updates on incident resolution and comprehensive reports once incidents are resolved. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Deal with clients requests and technical incidents. - Conduct workshops with clients to help them integrate smoothly. - Monitor clients API and Webhooks consumption to proactively address any oddities. - Check the clients implementation quality by conducting joint testing sessions with clients. - Work with other Client Impact teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. - Contribute to the team quarterly priorities to ensure scalability and proactiveness of the Integration Success function. WHAT YOU BRING: - Experience: You have a solid background in software maintenance, specifically in roles that involved either consuming or providing APIs. This includes understanding the lifecycle of API-driven systems, from initial integration to ongoing support and evolution. You're comfortable with the intricacies of data exchange between different software components and can troubleshoot issues that arise in such environments. - Passion for communication, support, and improvement: You are genuinely enthusiastic about fostering clear and effective communication, not just within your team but also with external stakeholders. You thrive on providing excellent support, actively seeking to resolve issues and empower clients.
