You'll be the advisor helping them navigate coverage options and find the right protection for their needs. **What a Typical Day Looks Like** - Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance - Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs - Explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way - Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products - Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution - Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value - Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving - Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking This is a high-activity inside sales role.
