Our current clients include Evergreen Center, Beacon ABA Services, Criterion Child Enrichment, and Beacon Services of Connecticut. **We are currently seeking a full time Insurance Coordinator!** **Responsibilities** - Ensure that all required client documentation is present in the file - Ensure appropriate authorizations are received - Collect information as requested by the insurance policy and maintain the file - Gather and document all correspondence with the insurance companies - Maintain a list of individual contacts at the insurance companies - Track termination of previous policies and effective dates of new insurances - Ensure timely completion and delivery of face sheet to billing department - Work with our client companies to obtain necessary information and resolve problems ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required - 2 years of intake/insurance experience strongly preferred - Must have positive attitude and strong attention to detail **Benefits** - Medical and Dental Insurance - Tax Exempt Flexible Spending Plans - 401(K) Retirement Plan - Vacation, Sick and Holidays - Professional Development and Educational Benefits - Voluntary Benefits ## Additional Information Please visit our website at www.hsmc.org to learn more about our organization!
