Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide. **What You’ll Work On:** - **Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, power systems, lighting, control systems, and PLC logic for production processes.** - **Work with electrical power (24V–600V), automation controllers, VFDs, sensors, and inspection devices.** - **Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and instruments.** - **Use tools and instruments such as voltage testers, ammeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.** - **Lead and train team members; document and communicate shift activities clearly.** - **Support plant operations across packaging, processing, filling, warehouse, and facilities.** - **Respond to equipment emergencies, troubleshoot I/O systems, and communicate with production teams to minimize downtime.** - **Participate in electrical upgrades and monitor contractor work.** - **Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company policies.** - **Stay current with advancing technology through training and vendor programs.** **Required Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or GED req…
