Institutional Services Associate I - Junior Sales

This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote) This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates and seniors graduating this spring or winter who are eager to launch a career in financial services and brokerage. Our hands-on training program is tailored for entry-level candidates, pairing you with a mentor and immersing you in a collaborative team within a nurturing and supportive culture. Over 18 months, you will rotate through various institutional services teams while obtaining your Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses. Upon completion, you'll transition to our sales team. About your Team: The Institutional Services team is made up of several specialized groups: Professional Services, Prime Services, Broker Services, and Onboarding. Each team has a distinct focus and plays a crucial role in supporting our hedge fund, institutional, and high-net-worth clients. Team members take ownership of client inquiries, serving as the main point of contact and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective resolution. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Assist with client inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, tickets, and chats Investigate and resolve a wide variety of client questions and issues, and helping with prospective client inquiries Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience What required skill’s you need: Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all major’s welcome Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate complex issues Working with clients in any capacity Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred Bi-lingual Spanish roles available To be successful in this position, you will have the following: Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
