About your Team: The onboarding team collaborates to provide new and prospective clients with exceptional attention and support. Each team member manages their own group of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. As you progress, you'll have access to rotational opportunities. Series 7 sponsorship is also available, should you choose to pursue it. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Assist with new, and prospective, client inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and tickets Coordinate new client onboarding process, helping with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting. Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Teams. Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience. What required skill’s you need: Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all major’s welcome Working with clients in any capacity Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred Bilingual Spanish roles available To be successful in this position, you will have the following: Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision. Superb analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
