The Coordinator manages their assigned installation and service orders, develops templates to streamline workflow, coordinates inspections, supports warranty and special order activities, and assists administrators in resolving purchase order issues. **What you will need** - A high school diploma or GED or required. - 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC installation or service. - Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written English language skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook) and SalesPad. **How you will make an Impact** - Process all Installation & Service requests in the system. - Assist in the warranty and special orders process of any parts and service. - Resolve Purchase Order discrepancies. - Creates templates for ease of ordering replicated unit styles. - Research AHRI Certificate information for all products. - Assist with administrative duties when necessary. - Monitor and ensure Installation Services procedures are followed for current and upcoming installations. #INDCS
