**Summary** The Installation Project Manager plays a critical role within the Store Planning & Installation department, responsible for coordinating and executing multi-location installation programs from planning through completion. This role bridges internal teams, external installers, and client expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards. Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, the ability to manage field execution at scale, and a working knowledge of installation processes, store environments, and reporting systems. The Installation Project Manager is responsible for driving consistency, visibility, and accountability across all assigned programs while supporting the continued development of scalable tools, processes, and installer partnerships. This role may require periodic travel to project sites to support field execution, training, and installation activities, ensuring alignment between planning, scope, and real-world conditions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Project Execution & Coordination Manage end-to-end execution of installation projects across multiple locations, including scheduling, resource coordination, and field communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 2. Installer & Field Coordination Coordinate with installation teams and vendors to confirm schedules, scope alignment, site readiness, and execution expectations. Ensure installers understand project requirements, reporting expectations, and quality standards. 3. Program Scheduling & Tracking Develop and maintain project schedules within Smartsheet, including start/end dates, durations, and sequencing. Monitor schedule adherence and proactively address delays or conflicts. 4. Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Leadership Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, leading internal and client-facing meetings to communicate status, upcoming schedules, risks, and key milestones. Drive alignment and accountability across installers, clients, and internal teams. 5. Scope, Layout & Execution Alignment Ensure all project activities align with defined scopes of work, installation instructions, and store layouts. Validate field execution against design intent and identify any discrepancies requiring clarification or adjustment. 6. Issue Resolution & Quality Oversight Track and manage field issues while ensuring installations meet company standards and client expectations. Drive timely resolution of issues and support field quality validation through follow-up and documentation. 7. Systems Management, Reporting & Documentation Leverage Smartsheet as the system of record to manage project execution, maintain accurate project data, and ensure real-time visibility across all active projects. Support dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking, and ensure all required documentation, including installation reports and photo documentation (pre- and post-install), is completed. 8. Store Planning & Layout Interpretation Review and interpret store layouts, fixture plans, and installation drawings to ensure accurate execution in the field. Partner with internal teams to clarify design intent and address field conditions that may impact installation. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Client teams to align on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 10. Process Improvement & Standardization Identify opportunities to improve project execution, reporting, and communication workflows. Support the development and implementation of standardized processes and scalable tools across programs. **Eligibility Qualifications** 1.
