If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $50,000 to $55,000, salary based on experience. **POSITION SUMMARY:** To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** - Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region - Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process - Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result - Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer - Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs - Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues - Perform other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** 1.
