EBS understands that today’s advanced buildings require advanced mechanical systems and our experienced and talented industry professionals can provide these systems. **Check out our website:** [EBS HVAC](https://www.ebshvac.com/) **Job Description:** As an Inside Sales Support, you will support Engineered Building Systems efforts to create value and a great experience for our customers by ensuring we develop the right solution within the constraints they face. You'll work alongside our Sales Engineers on quoting, equipment selection, submittals, and pricing; combining technical precision with the speed the business requires. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Assisting the Account Executives in the sales of all products represented by Engineered Building Systems. - Selection and pricing of HVAC equipment - Preparation of proposals and submittals - Order entry and tracking as required - Customer service as required - Jobsite meetings as required - Jobsite field verification/coordination as required - Assisting consulting engineers, contractors, and end users with technical, installation and operational questions **Experience and Requirements**: Required Qualifications: - Technical or engineering background, including demonstrated ability to understand and communicate concepts in a technical field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines consistently Preferred Qualifications: - Construction or mechanical engineering work experience - Experience working in a complex or technical sales environment - Proficiency in AutoCAD or a similar drafting/design program **Benefits:** We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package within 30 days of starting, including: - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match - Life Insurance & Health Savings Account (HSA) - Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance - Critical Illness & Accident Coverage - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays The Company provides equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable laws and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
