As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be a key engine for driving volume and revenue growth. Operating within your geographic territory, you will partner strategically with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to conquer your market, focusing on hunting new business, driving account expansion, and securing renewals. You will act as a trusted champion of Foundry’s products, proactively optimizing territory coverage, closing standard deals, and also uncovering strategic opportunities. ### Responsibilities - Proactively manage and independently close a high-volume pipeline of new business, expansion seats, and renewals within the territory - Organise and lead customer meetings, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to client workflows. - Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute territory-wide sales playbooks, escalating complex enterprise deals while confidently managing standard sales cycles end-to-end. - Identify strategic opportunities through demos and customer interactions. - Work closely with Sales Enablement on the implementation of targeted outreach initiatives. - Maintain accurate, real-time forecasting and rigorous pipeline management to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas. ### Requirements **THE ESSENTIALS.** - Previous experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR roles, or high-volume sales environments. - High energy and motivation to conduct daily outreach and manage a large volume of transactional deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and email correspondence. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. - Coachability and readiness to collaborate with senior sales team members. **THE NICE TO HAVE, KEEN TO LEARN.** - Familiarity with the VFX, Animation or 3D software landscape. - Experience using sales outreach tools (e.g., Linkedin Sales Navigator) and CRM software. - Aspiration to grow into an Enterprise or Regional Sales Management role. ### Benefits - Base salary + commission structure - Fully remote role (US based) - Health Savings Account & 401K Plan - Medical, Dental and Vision plans - Paid time off - Anniversary day off - Passion Days - Personal development time
