In this position, you will greet customers and take orders for HVAC products and supplies. You will also assist with warranty returns and credits, as well as handle customer inquiries regarding products and services. It is important to offer friendly and efficient service to maximize customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative should ensure that customers receive the correct products in the right quantities and on schedule.
