This is an exempt position not eligible for overtime with a commission on sales. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Office - Answer in-bound customer phones calls. - Provide support for the Account Management staff when needed by answering customer requests. Inside Sales - Process orders received by phone, email and walk-ins - Check ship status, track orders and forward information to customers when requested. - Assist customers in warranty issues and freight claims. - Coordinate project deliveries. - Assist with order picking as needed. Data Entry - Input orders into Fishbowl. - Review and cleanup Fishbowl open orders weekly - Process credits for customer returns - Prepare UPS shipments. **Experience and Requirements:** - High School education required. Additional education a plus - Sales experience - Strong communications skills for phones, email and in-person - Experience working in a high-volume business. - Operate computer using Microsoft office software including Word & Excel - Customer service experience - HVAC Knowledge a plus - HVAC warehouse experience a plus - Fishbowl a plus - Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet and Order Processing.
