Inside Sales Appointment Setter – Remote Base Salary: $40,560 On-Target Earnings: $66,560+ Uncapped Commission Benefits: Company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits, valued at approximately $3,000 annually Schedule: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST Who Does Well Here You like having a goal in front of you. What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter with ProConnect, you’ll speak with homeowners by phone and book qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. You will: - Book 8–10 qualified appointments per day - Complete 200+ calls per day - Handle inbound and outbound calls - Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural - Build rapport quickly - Handle objections professionally What You Bring - 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role - Strong communication skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed goals - Confidence speaking with customers over the phone - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Positive, team-oriented mindset What You Get - Base salary of $40,560 - OTE of $66,560+ - Uncapped commission - Weekly pay every Friday - Company-paid benefits valued at approximately $3,000 annually - Paid training - Company-provided laptop, headset, and monitor - Career growth opportunities Schedule This is a fully remote role with rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST.
